Genpact will also be a sponsor in the Step Up Sa Pangarap virtual summit to be held on May 10-12. This movement celebrates working students and empowers them to level up and take control of their lives.

“We have employees who are interested in pursuing their studies and work at the same time,” shared Genpact’s HR Leader for the Philippines Jackie Barrios. “Through our partnership with MMDC, we are able to offer an option for our employees to continue their professional career with us and at the same time, pursue their studies. It's the best of both worlds – learn and earn at the same time! We're glad to have found a partner with MMDC who helped us extend this opportunity to our employees.”

The Genpact recruitment team was also present during the MOA signing, and they learned more about the MMDC model and how it can help their employees and potential hires who are interested in going further in their studies.

MMDC’s Executive Director Engr. Dennis Tablante said that this partnership will strengthen MMDC’s purpose to help build a better world through education. “Through this partnership, our students and graduates will be able to foster relationships in the industry and create more opportunities for them in their future. Likewise, Genpact’s employees will also have a space to learn and develop new skill sets that will take their careers to the next level.”

Online application is open for School Year 2023-2024.
