Microsoft offers free online courses and certifications to Step Up Sa Pangarap attendees

Mapúa Malayan Digital College (MMDC), the premier digital-first college in the Philippines, is paving the way for working students to level up their skills and explore what more is out there by way of the Step Up Sa Pangarap Virtual Summit. Together with the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), and partners Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), McDonald’s, Microsoft, Concentrix, Genpact, Globe Business, and WhenInManila.com, working students have the chance to explore more opportunities to learn new skills or level up current skills, and hear from the best of the best in different industries. The 3-day virtual summit is happening on May 10 to 12, featuring inspiring talks from keynote speakers and working students, as well as interactive Q & A sessions with life coaches.

To add to these exciting learning opportunities, Microsoft, in collaboration with LinkedIn, is inviting all summit attendees to take part in free learning courses that will allow them to learn foundational skills and relevant hard and soft skills needed for in-demand tech and tech-enabled jobs.


Aligned with the vision of MMDC, Microsoft is focusing on making these courses more accessible to help individuals thrive in the digital economy and succeed in the jobs of today and tomorrow. Summit attendees have free access to over 350 courses, easy to follow learning paths, and expert-led training to meet people where they are on their skilling journey, and earn a free Career Essentials Certificate from Microsoft and LinkedIn to help them in the job hiring process.
