She went on to state that the efforts of the stakeholders of Bacolod City joining hands with educational institutions, such as MMDC, are needed to ensure further growth of the ICT industry in Bacolod City.
In an executive briefing given by the BNEFIT last June 28, 2022, Mayor Benitez was updated on the current ICT landscape of the province, keeping in line with his prioritizing the development of digital infrastructure of Negros Occidental.
