Transferring to MMDC is simple! We welcome transferees from other schools, and you can have your credits evaluated in as fast as 5 days.

Expect an email for your MMDC EnrollMate login credentials, where you will complete your application form and submit your initial documents in soft or digital copy:

For Freshmen & Transferees

• Government-issued valid ID
• Proof of High School Completion

• High School Report Card (Old / Pre-K-12 curriculum graduates)
• High School Report Card with Quarter 1 & 2 Graders (Grade 12 graduating students)
• High School Diploma
• Transcript of Records / Copy of Grades (Transferees)

To succeed with MMDC, you will undergo a simple Problems, Projects, and Cases Assessment as a baseline of your readiness so we can find out how we can support your academic journey with us. Once done, we’ll send you a letter of acceptance containing the next steps for enrollment, including the following mandatory documents in soft or digital copies:

For All Students:

• PSA Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 1.5x1.5 Photo (White Background)
• Photocopy of Government-issued ID of your parent/guardian/spouse
• Signed MMDC-issued Enrollment Forms (Can be accessed and signed in EnrollMate)
• • Affidavit of Undertaking
  • Statement of Compliance
  • Fraternity Waiver Form
  • Tuition Fee Protect Form

Additional Documents for High School / Grade 12 Graduates:

• SF-9/ Senior High School Report Card (for graduates of the K-12 curriculum)
• Form 138/ High School Report Card (for graduates of the old high school curriculum)

Additional Documents for Transferees:

• Transcript of Records for Evaluation purposes
• Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential Package with return slip from your previous school

After you successfully submit the documents, you will be asked to choose your final program, class schedule, and your preferred payment option via email. This will prompt your Generated Student Assessment (GSA) for your matriculation fee payment.

• Credit card via RCBC payment portal

Important Note:
You will be required to submit the original copy of your documents at the Learning Hub near you before the start of classes. There's no need to be physically present to submit the documents! Once you're successfully enrolled, detailed instructions will be provided.
