Expect an email for your MMDC EnrollMate login credentials, where you will complete your application form and submit your initial documents in soft or digital copy.

To succeed with MMDC, you’ll complete a Problems, Projects, and Cases Assessment to gauge your readiness and determine the support you need. After that, you’ll receive a letter of acceptance outlining the enrollment steps, including required documents in digital format.

After submitting your documents, you'll be able to finalize your program, class schedule, and payment option in EnrollMate, which will generate your Student Assessment (GSA) for matriculation fee payment.

Your final step is to submit your original physical documents required by Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Important Note:
You will be required to submit the original copy of your documents at the Learning Hub near you before the start of classes. There's no need to be physically present to submit the documents! Once you're successfully enrolled, detailed instructions will be provided.
